On June 9, 2011 friends and supporters of FriendshipWorks came together at Thos. Moser Cabinetmakers for an evening of wine tasting, cheese, gourmet chocolates and silent auctions. In addition, the 2011 David Libby Award was presented to Susan Tresch Fienberg.
The David Libby Award in Service to Older People is given annually to honor an extraordinary volunteer who exemplifies selflessness, passion and concern for elders.
FriendshipWorks was delighted to present this award to Susan Tresch Fienberg. For over 25 years, she has given the gift of herself to decrease isolation and to enrich the lives of older persons and adults with disabilities.
